WHAT OUR STAFF AND CLIENTS SAY...

"When my husband paid $6000 to join Strongbrook REIC, I was so upset I just about needed to breathe into a paper bag, especially since that money did not go toward any purchases.

I went ahead and worked with him in acquiring our first home.  I was still nervous, especially with the possibility of renters moving out. Then he went for a second home. Again, I resisted.

What has convinced me are two things:

First, I spent last year looking into buying a home on our own.  I could never find anything priced at what we purchased from REIC/Strongbrook.  I also looked into financing.  Financing was always higher.  I looked into the rents we would be getting, they were always lower.  It has made sense to work through your companies.

Second, the monies we used to purchase these homes came from our stock accounts.
At this point in time, real estate is the better investment.  We feel confident in the financial decision we made.  We know the real estate market will make a comeback and we will be ahead in the long run.  The stock market is not as promising.
